Delivery Area

We currently ship within Austria.

Shipping Costs

Domestic deliveries (Austria):

• Flat shipping rate: €4.00 per order

• Free shipping on orders over €100.00

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective product offer, delivery within Austria is made within 1–5 business days.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period.

Refusal of Delivery

If the customer refuses to accept the ordered goods, or if the shipment is returned to the seller due to incorrect recipient information provided by the customer, the customer shall be deemed in default of acceptance and shall be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to charge the customer for any resulting damages and additional costs, including return shipping costs.
