Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 14 business days of receiving your order to the following address:

Return Conditions

  • Please return individual products and sets complete, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Print the delivery note for your order (received by email together with the shipping confirmation) and indicate the reason for the return, the quantity being returned, and, for bank transfer payments, your bank account details.

  • Include the completed delivery note with your return shipment.

  • Attach the provided return label to the package and drop it off at a postal office.

Upon presentation of the invoice, the value of the returned products will be refunded.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method selected when placing the order and will be credited either to the specified bank account or the payment card used for the purchase.
